Full-time Maintenance & Grounds Assistant

What we're looking for... Experienced individual for planning, scheduling and executing of maintenance, grounds and campus repair/maintenance work, such as plumbing, masonry, carpentry, painting, grounds keeping and performing preventative maintenance duties.

Full-time Medical Referral Coordinator

What we're looking for... Responsible for resident medical records, resident health care coordination, scheduling and knowledge of insurances, referrals, etc. Organizational, administrative, clerical skills with attention to detail and follow through required. Possess excellent customer service skills, ability to initiate and maintain good health care provider relationships, a working knowledge of Florida Statutes and licensure standards specifically related to medical records. Collaborates well with employees and residents while striving to continually promote a positive company culture.

Full-time Mental Health Clinical Coordinator

What we're looking for... Master's degree in Psychology, Social Work or related field preferred; however, equivalent training and work experience would be considered. Knowledge and experience in the areas of resident care, mental health and group facilitation. Knowledge of major medical and psychiatric case management, common medications and side effects, crisis intervention techniques, residents’ rights, and community resources. Have a working knowledge of specific Florida Statutes, Candidate to possess excellent customer service skills and ability to work collaboratively.

Full-time Cook / Food Service Associate

What we're looking for... Food Service Associate/Cook to assist in dining services including preparing and/or cooking breakfast/lunch/dinner (six week set menu rotation that includes Chef's Specials once a week), maintaining clean and sanitary kitchen/dining areas, ordering, proper food storage and rotation, utility work, etc. Food service and cooking experience, working with kitchen equipment and safe food handling, ability to follow recipes as written and instructed. Able to stand, walk and work for an 8-hour period. Minimum lifting capacity of 30 pounds and able to work in varying degrees of temperature. Ability to collaborate and work with other employees and be respectful of residents. High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
