What we're looking for: We are currently seeking a Plant & Safety Director who is responsible for overseeing the buildings and grounds of our 15 acre campus (including a dock and pontoon boat!), safety, janitorial and dining services at Lakewood Center.
Drug screen, Level 2 criminal background check, TB test and valid Florida Driver's License/clean driving record are required and all will be checked.
Full-time Maintenance & Grounds Assistant
What we're looking for: Experienced individual for planning, scheduling and executing of maintenance, grounds and campus repair/maintenance work, such as plumbing, masonry, carpentry, painting and perform preventative maintenance duties. Drug screen, Level 2 criminal background check, TB test and valid Florida Driver's License with clean driving record are required and all will be checked.

Full-time Medication Technician
What we're looking for...
Medication Tech - Full Time, morning shift 7am - 3:30pm (set schedule including weekends)
The ideal candidate will have a pharmacy technician certification or equivalent experience, with a strong preference for experience in behavioral health, residential settings and/or medical office.
This position does not involve administering medication but focuses on observing and assisting residents with self-administration.
Drug screen, Level 2 criminal background check, TB test and valid Florida Driver's License/clean driving record are required and all will be checked.
Full-time Mental Health Technician 2nd Shift

Mental Health Tech - Full Time, morning shift 3 pm - 11:30pm (set schedule including weekends)
The ideal candidate will have a pharmacy technician certification or equivalent experience, with a strong preference for experience in behavioral health, residential settings and/or medical office.

Employment Requirements
Lakewood Center is committed to maintaining a safe, professional, and high-quality environment for our residents and staff. All candidates must meet the following requirements to be considered for employment:
Successful completion of a Level 2 background check.
A clear drug screening.
A valid driver’s license with no suspensions and no more than 2 traffic violations within the last three years (traffic violations cannot be speed more than 10mph).
These standards help ensure the highest level of care and support for those we serve and adhere to our licensure requirements.

All positions require drug screening, AHCA Level 2 criminal background check (https://info.flclearinghouse.com), TB test, and valid Florida Driver's License and clean driving record. We are a facility that adheres to local health department and CDC guidelines and recommendations.
